Overview

Position is to manage day-to-day sales administrative accountabilities plus dedicated areas of expertise

This position is your opportunity to take your financial and analytical skills to the next level with endless possibilities! This position is responsible for multiple job duties potentially including areas of cashiering and settlement, employee relations, departmental Global Control Standards compliance as well as other duties as assigned. Position will provide support for period end results, as well as run reports and review for any discrepancies or inaccuracies and investigate if necessary

Responsibilities

  • Provide dedicated administrative support in a professional, confidential and organized manner
  • Maintain calendars and schedule both on and off-site meetings
  • Monitor email and phone calls; proactively respond to and/or coordinate issues when possible
  • Maintain and update distribution and contact lists
  • Organize/maintain department files, both electronic and hard copy
  • Daily interaction with all Functional Teams
  • Maintain high level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential material
  • Ability to work proficiently and calmly under pressure situations
  • Administer specific applications/time bound processes to include specific subject matter expert tasks (accounts payable, settlement, reporting) in an accurate and timely manner
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (excel, word, power point)
  • Basic administrative support (phones, copies, office supplies, fed ex, badges, etc.)
  • Work on special projects as necessary
  • Other duties as assigned to support the Indiana market team in whole administrative function
  • Analytical ability to summarize data, develop recommendations and implement solutions
  • Accurate and detail-oriented individual
  • Ability to perform deposit functions with a high degree of accuracy

Compensation & Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $37,000 - $58,950
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

Qualifications

  • 1+ years' experience Admin Support Consumer Goods Company preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in regards to Outlook and Excel
  • Ability to become proficient in multiple IT applications
  • Experience in prioritizing work and multi-tasking - Strong sense of urgency
  • Outstanding organizational and follow-up skills
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Respects & values differences, acts with integrity, and operates with justice
  • High School Diploma or GED
