Overview
PepsiCo's Apps & Infra Srvcs, as part of the Digital Products and Applications (DP&A) organization, ensures PepsiCo's digital solutions incorporate the best-in-class technologies at scale by defining effective frameworks, concepts, methods, and tools to successfully deliver priority use cases. This role will partner with internal Apps & Infra Srvcs and other DP&A teams to support definition, implementation, and adoption of a standardized, end-to-end delivery methodology including but not limited to DevSecOps, Infrastructure services, FinOps, Sustain reporting, etc.
Responsibilities
Accountabilities:
- Work collaboratively with the Sustain & Operations Org and the broader PepsiCo S&T Organization
- Understand required data sets to complete analysis and procure it accordingly
- Analyze data and translate findings into meaningful consumer insights, integrating relevant business knowledge as well as learning from other projects/sources
- Deliver timely, zero-defect execution of analysis, with minimal support. Leverage Excel and other quantitative tools for the analytical heavy lifting
- Clearly communicate the implications of the analysis to upper management
- Build convincing, persuasive, and logical storyboards
- Leverage PowerPoint to create an impactful, concise, and defect-free slide loops

Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $75,000 - $127,500.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience either internally or with a Top-Tier consulting firm
- Analytical rigor: the ability to run highly complicated quantitative analysis in a defect-free manner. Proficient knowledge and use of Microsoft Excel is important for this role
- Team player mentality: a consensus building, upbeat team contributor
- A can-do attitude: the ability to take ownership of initiatives enthusiastically and aggressively
- The candidate selected for this position will be a self-motivated, high-energy individual who can easily function in a high demand, performance-driven environment. He/she must be accustomed to working on multiple tasks in parallel
- This professional must be analytical and persuasive in their relationships and be able to gain and hold the respect of key stakeholders within the company
- This candidate must possess strong interpersonal skills for working in matrixed environment
- He/she must be team oriented, and possess a strong work ethic
