Are you ready to put your passion to work for one of the largest CPG companies in the world? This is an exciting role that works across the PepsiCo portfolio of brands, categories, and geographies. This role will give the qualified candidate the ability to create A&M transparency and enable fully informed interventions, A&M shifts if required by the marketplace.

For this role, the immediate priority is to lead roll-out of the new A&M taxonomy globally, guide sectors through the change, provide oversight to implementation of technical solutions, orchestrate change management effort. Longer term this role will expand the remit to broad A&M management space, create and execute digitization of TCP process with the focus on building transparency and effectiveness of A&M investment.

Responsibilities

  • Roll-out new A&M taxonomy globally
    • Confirm business requirements and priority use cases for A&M Taxonomy wrapper license
    • Create, align, and communicate a roadmap of market roll-out and system dependencies
    • Oversight digital solution design and sustain support
    • Drive Change Management of implementation, identify blind spots, create required toolkits & trainings, best practices
    • Enable integration between systems and scorecards to maximize use of the available taxonomy data
    • Report adoption, raise awareness around challenges, recommend solutions
    • Manage budget for the solution (licenses + tech support)


  • Create a vision & lead execution of the end-to-end A&M management process - enhanced by technology
    • Identify priority areas, align stakeholders to the roadmap and secure budget
    • Work with S&T to design solution architecture
    • Lead the roadmap execution

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Required; Advanced Degrees preferred
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in marketing, finance supporting marketing or A&M procurement
  • Introduction of A&M Taxonomy in the big company is a plus
  • Experience in working with ERP systems (SAP)
  • Experience with managing all aspects on A&M budget, familiarity with key spend categories
  • High degree of functional proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint,
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Passionate about removing obstacles, digitizing processes, creating excellent user experience
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once delivering strong, detailed execution
  • High level of persistency, experience with launching global solution across markets is desired
  • Self-starter, able to work independently and build connections with key stakeholders on projects
  • Ability to collaborate with others for a better solution
