Overview

We're looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Coordinator to support our team with day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to multitask, and comfortable managing various administrative tasks to keep our office running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally and promptly.
  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation.
  • Assist with scheduling for frontline employees.
  • Order and manage office supplies and ensure office equipment is properly maintained.
  • Support management with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination for internal and external meetings.
  • Assist with bills and payments made on behalf of the warehouse.
  • Ordering goods and merchandise for both management and warehouse.
  • Ownership of record keeping for attendance points and other discipline.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support team efficiency.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $53,600 - $80,450.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office management tools.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
