Overview
Provide business related support to the Plant Director and M&W team in a well-organized, timely and confidential manner. The Administrative Assistant Coordinator will process payables, order consumables using SAP, and keep track of requisitions. The ideal candidate will have a high level of experience working with multiple managers/supervisors and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service; greet visitors and answer incoming calls in a professional manner
- Support new hire onboarding, uniform ordering, office supply ordering
- Manage plant cell phones and ipad inventory
- Ensure M&W invoices are paid timely, accurately and with the proper approvals utilizing APS, P-Card, and myBuy and post to the financial checkbook
- Manage box retention to Iron Mountain storage
- Maintain calendars and schedules for on and offsite meetings/events
- Maintain organization charts and contact lists
- Manage and Maintain office supplies
- Maintain Aps invoices to imaging
- Support Supervisors/Managers with ad hoc requests as needed
- Support copy machine repairs and supplies
- Support front desk duties
- Support for security back up
- Maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential matters and materials
- Work on special projects as required
- Demonstrate self-motivation and initiative with a can-do attitude
- All other duties as assigned

Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $45,000 - $71,800
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process

Qualifications

- Must be able to work proficiently and calmly under pressure

- Proficient knowledge with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to adapt quickly to multiple proprietary IT applications
- Experience with prioritizing work and multi-tasking with a strong sense of urgency
- Proficiency in using financial information system applications, basic math skills and ability to operate common office equipment (ie: fax, copier, telephone, and projection equipment)
- Must possess exceptional organization and follow-up skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Requires creative thinking and ability to independently problem-solve
- Respects and values differences, acts with integrity, and operates with justice
- 2+ years administrative experience in a consumer goods company
- Associates Degree in Business preferred and 1-3 plus years general business experience or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
