ABOUT THE ROLE
Workplace experience is a holistic approach to creating the optimal environment for employees to do their work. As Peloton's Workplace Concierge, you will be the company's first point of contact. You will seamlessly handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
This is a part-time position requiring early morning, late night, and weekend availability.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing them appropriately
- Answer, screen, and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
- Assist with receiving and sorting daily mail/deliveries/couriers
- Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (keycard distribution, issuing visitor badges, etc.)
- Update meeting room calendars and schedule meetings/appointments
- Assist with workplace requests within the Workplace ticketing system.
- Assist with community communications across the New York Studios.
- Provide event support for internal and member-facing Studio events
- Act as an extension of and assist in the People team’s mission of making Peloton the best place to work.
YOU BRING TO PELOTON
- Proven working experience in similar roles
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, and Google calendar
- Professional appearance
- Fantastic attitude
- Extremely personable demeanor
- Solid communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
- Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
