Technical Program Manager

Peloton is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to help drive collaboration and timely execution of organizational priorities for our Ecommerce Engineering Team. This role will work closely with engineering management, product management and design operations to execute against our ecommerce roadmap which is focused on creating & optimizing a frictionless funnel for users to purchase and activate their Peloton products. 

You will be responsible for delivering cross-functional features and technical initiatives, as well as planning requirements, driving alignment between multiple teams, managing schedules, identifying and tracking risks, and clearly communicating to project stakeholders.

Your Impact at Peloton

  • Develop and manage end-to-end technical program execution and ensure on-time delivery by translating project plans and designs into actionable development milestones and dependencies

  • Regular reporting on program status, identifying dependencies and developing risk mitigation strategies

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to gather requirements, and work with engineering teams to define, evaluate, and prioritize program dependencies, scope, and implementation plans

  • Represent Peloton Engineering in conversations with cross functional stakeholders

  • Coordinate the software release process in conjunction with development team, ensuring software quality, change management, and compliance procedures are followed

  • Proactively manage issues as they arise: pulling the team together to come up with creative solutions to issues and challenges while preserving quality, cost, and schedule targets.


 What you bring:

  • 4+ years experience with managing multiple technical projects through inception to delivery

  • Must be an excellent communicator with ability to translate complex technical issues or ideas to a wide non-technical audience

  • Able to foster and build a collaborative working relationship with various stakeholders

  • Strong analytical, problem solving and planning skills

  • Agile practices are second nature and you run productive standups, planning sessions and retros

  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence and Asana

  • Works well in a fast-paced environment

  • Self-motivated, action-driven, and has strong ownership

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes. $140,389$182,506 USD
