ABOUT THE ROLE
Peloton is looking for a growth-oriented and analytically-minded Senior Manager of Strategy & Business Operations to help identify and evaluate opportunities for growth and manage business operations performance. Reporting to the GM FaaS and pre-owned, this person will take a research and data-driven approach to shape critical strategic initiatives at the company. This role will work cross-functionally and sits within the Emerging Business team that focuses on driving growth at Peloton. The ideal candidate will be an independent, strategic, and data-driven problem solver who is a strong team player (no job is too small or too large) and has an outstanding work ethic.

- Scope and lead cross-functional, executive-sponsored strategy projects to support Peloton’s growth strategy; projects could include business model innovation, market expansion, partnership economics, and more
- Lead primary/secondary research and analysis and synthesize findings into strategic recommendations presented to the leadership team and CEO
- Lead end-to-end project timelines and manage third party research vendors
- Work cross-functionally across the organization with Product, Content, Marketing, Finance, and more
- Lead team externs on an ad-hoc project basis, managing their workload and output; externs are team members at Peloton on 6-month rotations with 2+ years of consulting experience
- Support business operations for Emerging Business functions, including business reviews, annual planning, and performance metrics
YOU BRING TO PELOTON
- 6+ years of experience in highly analytical and strategic roles at a consumer brand or tech organization
- Experience leading consumer research (quantitative surveys, consumer interviews, desk research), financial modeling, and translating data into strategic recommendations
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
- Highly organized, great attention to detail, and comfortable leading multiple work streams at the same time
- Excellent verbal and written communicator
