ABOUT THE ROLE
The Senior Manager of Marketing Web Strategy will build and optimize Peloton’s web experience to elevate brand perception, engagement, product education, and conversion. The right person for this role obsesses over the user journey and understands how to build a strategy and optimize touchpoints throughout the web funnel. This leader will be responsible for how the brand comes to life on our website, ensuring consumers understand the full Peloton experience.
The ideal candidate has a breadth of strategic, creative, and analytical skills, and communicates effectively, establishing relationships and encouraging collaboration. You are experienced in developing testing hypotheses, writing briefs, analyzing results, and influencing cross-functional partners in a matrixed organization. The role will report into the Director of Performance Creative and will work closely with teams across Peloton including eComm, Marketing Analytics, Media, Brand Marketing, SEO, Creative, Product Marketing, and Legal.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
- Lead and run the web strategy and optimization of onepeloton.com and associated market-specific International websites in partnership with eComm and Organic Discovery teams.
- Develop and direct a strategic vision for the homepage and other marketing-led public webpages, including consumer journey and information/messaging architecture to meet marketing’s objectives (improve brand perception, engagement, and conversion across web touchpoints).
- Connect the dots across Brand, Product Marketing, Integrated Marketing, and Growth Marketing to prioritize web initiatives and ensure cohesion in execution.
- Develop a quarterly learning agenda and test roadmap that aligns with your vision and the objectives, crafting hypotheses based on web performance, standard methodologies, and test outcomes. Share plans with cross functional partners and senior leadership.
- Advocate for your vision, learning agenda, key performance indicators, and roadmap with the eComm team to ensure tests are prioritized.
- Write corresponding test briefs for Creative and eComm teams.
- Track and share out comprehensive performance analysis across traffic, engagement, and conversion with Marketing peers and leadership on a regular basis.
- Deeply understand Peloton’s current target audience and promote their needs and purchase barriers when crafting web solutions and future testing.
- Develop web strategy and recommendations for markets with different levels of maturity.
YOU BRING TO PELOTON
- 7+ years of marketing strategy experience in web marketing, brand architecture, and/or product marketing roles; experience working for a subscription company a plus.
- Consistent track record of achieving results through web experimentation, conversion rate optimization, and deep understanding of the user funnel.
- Outstanding brief-writing skills.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills with ability to influence cross-functional partners.
- Analytical approach and ability to identify data-informed insights.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Optimizely, Amplitude, and Google Analytics.
- Excellent project management skills with attention to detail and organization.
- Flexible mentality; comfortable operating in a fluid environment.
