ABOUT THE ROLE
Peloton’s Content Department, comprising our Production, Studio Operations and Instructor teams, works 365 days a year to deliver a broad offering of highly engaging subscription content to our members. We are a highly collaborative, fast paced department that focuses on evolving our innovative programming.
We are looking for polished, expert Broadcast Technical Directors to produce outstanding live and on-demand streaming shows in a one-of-a-kind work environment.
Candidates must possess experience in a fast-paced, live broadcast environment. In addition, candidates must have the ability to multi-task camera-switching, mixing and monitoring audio with multiple incoming feeds, understand and troubleshoot audio signal flow, lighting cues, QC of outbound stream, and most meaningfully, replicate this experience several times every day.

Operate a vision mixer, sound desk, robotic multi-camera system and coordinate lighting and general technical setup, all contributing to a high-level output.

Monitor, troubleshoot and uphold high quality production for our live and pre recorded stream(s)

Implement a post-production workflow to transform live events into on-demand assets (for global members)

First point of escalation for all aspects that are production related, working closely with engineering and neighboring departments

Ensuring detailed execution of production run of shows, protocols and timings are followed and abided to by all relevant on the ground production teams

Available shifts include a variation of early mornings, nights, weekends, and public holidays as required

High attention to detail when QCing additional production content including scenic content, original production and remote productions

Additional production related tasks including, but not limited to: social content planning, shooting and editing, supporting in-house events from a technical perspective and keeping training and technical documentation up to date

Build an atmosphere of innovation and one that values creativity, quick problem-solving along with operational excellence
YOU BRING TO PELOTON

Understanding of technical equipment including vision mixers, robotic camera systems and audio desks.

Must possess an understanding of shot framing, audio mixing and production comms etiquette

Must be a motivated teammate with a pro-active approach, demonstrating dedication to partnership, collaboration, and achieving collective goals
