ABOUT THE ROLE
The Manager of Growth Creative Strategy will be responsible for driving mid and lower funnel objectives for Peloton’s Connected Fitness products and app through compelling digital creative strategies and experimentation plans. Our ideal candidate is someone who is dedicated to achieving desired outcomes and has a wealth of experience in implementing successful approaches for media placements on prominent digital platforms including TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and Amazon. You have deep analytical skills and experience diving deep into data to find substantial trends and insights that drive optimization decisions. This role requires a strategic thinker who is passionate about growth marketing, stays ahead of cultural trends, and thrives in a collaborative, fast paced environment. This role reports into the Director of Global Performance Creative and will work closely with external agency partners (creative + media) and cross-functional teams across the business including Creative, Global Media, Product Marketing, eComm, Marketing Analytics, Music, and Legal.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
- Understand cultural and market trends, media data and platform insights, consumer research, and .com consumer path to purchase, leading to strategies that effectively connect our products to our consumers
- Become the expert in a selection of Peloton products and develop corresponding global messaging priorities in partnership with Growth Strategy and Product Marketing
- Build quarterly learning agendas in collaboration with your peers, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives, historical creative performance, and standard processes
- Collaborate with Influencer Creative Strategist team member to identify the right composition of agency/in-house made assets versus influencer assets
- Collaborate with Global Media to identify creative volume needs for global mid-funnel and conversion campaigns, and build corresponding always-on creative test roadmap that marries these needs with creative strategy and quarterly learning agendas
- Write creative briefs for internal and agency teams to produce high-quality assets that will cleanly answer test questions
- Adhere to tight production timelines with internal and external creative teams to ensure a timely launch of assets, requiring quick response times to questions, creative reviews, and asset handoffs to the media team
- Support external agency management via clear expectation setting and holding them accountable to achievements and internal team member inclusion
- Own creative performance data analysis, constantly looking for scalable wins and optimizations opportunities
- Share performance insights and next steps regularly with marketing leadership and creative partners via written and verbal communication
YOU BRING TO PELOTON
- 5+ years of performance creative experience via media buying or creative strategy role; deep understanding of platforms, digital creative standard processes, creative measurement, and technology trends
- Proven track record of driving results; experience working for subscription company is a plus
- Excellent project management skills with attention to detail, organization, and deep ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and autonomously
- Experience working with internal cross-functional teams and external partners
- Experience crafting and delivering clear briefs, feedback, and results to creative partners
- Analytical attitude and ability to identify data-informed insights, with experience shifting raw data and/or using a data visualization tool, i.e., Looker
- Experience working with paid media creative performance data, specifically measuring lower and mid funnel KPIs
- Deep interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexible attitude; comfort operating in a fluid environment
