Paysafe is currently searching for a Product Manager, Regulatory Compliance to join our team in Sofia.

The person applying for this role needs to be energetic, passionate, with a desire to drive the holistic and overarching strategy and support the Compliance and Regulatory roadmaps by multitasking requirements across multiple workstreams and product lines.

What you will do:

• Work collaboratively with business stakeholders to validate business objectives, requirements, and their key results, and turn those requirements into initiatives, epics, and features/user stories. What is being built and why. Be clear on the compliance/regulatory objectives, target to be achieved and how to get there. Creating mock-ups and process flows. Ratifying proposed solution with the engineering team. Working with the product teams and compliance/regulatory groups to incorporate the initiatives into our product roadmap. Ability to understand and work with tight regulatory deadlines and to be able to resolve colliding priorities and dependencies.

• Experience in working within an AGILE development environment. Manage dev team sprints and ceremonies. Oversee delivery by engaging and work closely with the engineering team to help determine the best technical implementation methods, and with development leads to identify the feature to be deployed and adhere to the execution schedule.

• Establish a very good understanding of involved data sources and their business meaning in the context of Consumer Products with a focus on Compliance and Regulatory aspects.

• You must be comfortable saying "no" when necessary and be super result-oriented focused. Find solutions to unblock the team and enable them to deliver features. Get clarifications on concerns raised by teams. Provide UAT demos, KT sessions and training as needed.

To be successful you need to have:

• Ability to communicate effectively in English (both written and spoken).

• Prior experience in Product/Project Management.

• Experience with Compliance/Regulatory requirements.

• University degree in Product/Project Management, Software Engineering, Economics or Law, preferably from a premier institute.

• Understanding of payments, credit cards, alternate payments, and bank transfers.

• Compliance, Privacy and/or Legal background will be considered as an advantage.

• Exceptional Communication Skills including ability to negotiate, influence, build consensus, clearly articulate to technical and non-technical audiences, communicate difficult messages in a professional and productive manner, excellent presentation, and facilitation competency.

• Problem-solving skills - evaluates information/data to make decisions; anticipates obstacles and develops plans to resolve; creates actionable strategies and operational plans. Understanding of Data Analytics and reasons for the same. Detail orientated, high availability and metrics insight design principals. Ability to solve very complex related issues that may span technical, legal, compliance and regulatory obligations across various lines of business and shared service areas of the company.

• Prior experience in banking and/or fintech industry will be considered as an advantage.

• Skilled at working within a diverse company across multi time zones.
