Pariveda is seeking a Talent Development Manager to join our Dallas team. This opportunity is, at its core, a leadership, collaborative, and problem-solving role. You Can Expect To:
The Talent Development Manager will have responsibility over the full portfolio of projects related to class development, training, the performance management program, and mentoring program. Pariveda supports the development of people from recent college graduates to senior Vice Presidents, and the portfolio of projects will reflect that diversity. - Work in a collaborative environment with other Talent Development & HR team members
- Mentor and coach Talent Development team members in project management, change management, solution development, and class creation
- Work in partnership with senior leaders in the development of strategy and planning
- Manage a portfolio of projects related to talent management, learning, and development (e.g. onboarding and immersion, talent analytics, assessments, coaching, performance management, etc.)
- Develop partnerships with stakeholders and stakeholder groups throughout the organization
- Lead the creation, customization, and implementation of training programs, including new hire orientation, leadership development, technical skills, and soft skills training
- Develop and implement online and in-person training solutions to meet the diverse learning styles and needs of employees
- Oversee the outsourcing to external partners when needed, managing the relationships and partnerships
- Evaluate program effectiveness and lead the continuous improvement of our systems, processes, and solutions
- Monitor learning trends and best practices to ensure the organization's development programs are cutting-edge and impactful
- Manage the Talent Development budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently for training programs, materials, and external providers
- Work within a hybrid model, sometimes at home and sometimes in the office
- Actively engage in our culture of continuous learning, personal and professional development, and lead community service and social gathering events

We Look For:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university or comparable experience
- 7-10 years of work experience related to Talent Development, specifically with class creation and leadership development programs
- Strong knowledge of Talent Development best practices, adult learning principles, and instructional design
- Experience in planning, leading, and managing projects
- Change management experience preferred, not required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written
- Strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
- Commitment to innovation
- Excited to work on teams and be recognized for group rather than individual achievements
- Ability to collaborate successfully across all levels within an organization
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
- Legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship

- Transparent and Equitable Salary - The salary range for this position is $139,000 - $153,000 annually. Actual salaries may vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
