Pariveda is seeking an Enterprise Systems Project Lead to join our Internal IT team in Dallas. The Internal IT department is responsible for creating and supporting the data, applications, and systems used throughout the firm.

The Enterprise Systems Project Lead will collaborate with the corporate IT team to develop technology solutions that support Pariveda's business. This includes gathering and documenting business and technical requirements for multiple SaaS enterprise systems, designing and leading their development and deployment, and managing system integrations.   • Work closely with business partners to define strategies for technical solutions, determine requirements, and develop functional designs based on the analysis of business needs, objectives and existing systems infrastructure
  • Provide technical, business, and process knowledge to determine appropriate solutions, advising on the implementation of new functionality
  • Create and present findings, solutions, and demos to audiences including senior executives and stakeholders
  • Administer, configure, develop additional code/extensions and test components of systems to meet business requirements
  • Configure, customize, script, and maintain SaaS platforms (including ERP, CRM, marketing systems, applicant tracking systems, and other business applications), as well as develop custom applications and integrations using languages like C# or JavaScript
  • Automate workflows and processes using scripting languages (PowerApps, JavaScript and other 4GLs similar to JavaScript)
  • Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards using application reporting modules
  • Implement system enhancements and upgrades while ensuring minimal business disruption
  • Participate on future SaaS systems selections and implementations within Pariveda, acting as a technical advisor and implementation specialist
  • Monitor support channels for issues, troubleshoot and resolve bugs, system failures and integration issues, and communicate solutions to end-users
  • Collaborate with IT teams to maintain high availability and reliability of enterprise systems
  • Provide system support to employees and contribute to company growth through intellectual capital development, training, and other initiatives
  • Actively engage in our culture of continuous learning, personal and professional development, and community service and social gathering events

We Look For:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Math, Engineering or comparable experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience in technical leadership, including coaching, project planning, and requirements gathering, with the ability to translate business needs into system requirements
  • Collaborative individuals who thrive on teams
  • Skilled analytical problem solvers with the desire and proven ability to create innovative solutions with attention to detail
  • Strong communicators who can explain and present concepts to technical and non-technical audiences alike, including high level decision makers
  • Familiarity with various software development methodologies (agile, waterfall, etc.)
  • Experience with the professional services industry is preferred
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively while adapting to changing priorities and requirements
  • Legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship
