Your Career
Revolutionary endpoint protection begins with a low-level security architecture that protects from and detects malicious activity. We are looking for a macOS internals Manager (Part of the Cortex XDR Agent group) for our Tel Aviv R&D center. You will manage an A-Team that researches, designs, and develops the low-level components of our revolutionary endpoint security product for the macOS platform.

Your Impact
- You will be responsible for a team of strong internal system developers and leading an innovative product
- Mentor, support, grow, and hire team members
- Technical leadership - you will need to ensure the team builds software that is architecturally consistent and of high quality
- Design, implement, and test all the components of the product including OS-internals infrastructure, and high-level modules, such as caches & data pipelines
- Work in close coordination with other teams, including other OS internals teams
- Hands-on programming
- Participate in research of next-generation security modules
- Work closely with product management, support, and other cross-functional teams
- Write design documents, SW development guidelines, and best practices
Your Experience
- Experience in dev team management
- People-oriented leadership style
- Very strong system-programming skills, preferably C++ and Swift
- Experience in Unix system-level programming
- Firm knowledge of Unix operating systems internals
- Firm understanding of multi-threading and memory-management
- Experienced with code-reviewing colleagues' work
- Attention to details and high coding standards
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Work on high-profile, time-critical projects with high quality while maintaining focus and a sense of humor
Preferred
- Major advantage - Experience in managing macOS dev team
- Major advantage - Experience in macOS system-level programming
- Advantage - experience with software security paradigms
- Advantage - experienced with endpoint security
- Passion for software engineering and coding
- Attention to details and enthusiasm for quality
