Your Career
We are looking for a talented full stack infrastructure engineer with a mix of software and systems knowledge who will be responsible for overall supportability and maintainability of critical IT Infrastructure and applications. As a member of a senior technical staff consisting of experts in many adjacent areas (Windows, Linux, VMWare, SQL, Storage), you will be part of the next generation IT Infrastructure team working on business critical IT initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about an operations role that involves deep knowledge of both the application and the product, and he/she will also believe that automation is a key component to operating large-scale systems.
Your Impact
- Support systems infrastructure, hardware, and software, including: analysis, planning, design, development, implementation, provisioning, upgrade and day-to-day operations
- Create best practices and take charge of build decisions, infrastructure and systems software design on larger, more complex systems to achieve strategic objectives
- Execute Detail Design tasks, create associated deliverables and advise on right-sizing decisions for infrastructure, software solutions, and services
- Automate monitoring and other workflow processes to increase efficiencies for projects and operations
- Deliver complex projects or phases of significant projects by being the main technical owner and by coordinating the efforts of technical support staff in the performance of assigned projects
- Performs repairs, maintenance and upgrades of existing systems using solutions in accordance with standard operating procedures Investigates and resolves matters of significance
- Provide L3 (Highest level) of technical support by handling systems-related issues
- Manage and support Active Directory (Directory Services, DFS, DNS, GPO)
- Be the subject matter expert for VMware ESX, Horizon, Microsoft 2008/2012, Clustering and other related technologies
Your Experience
- 7+ Years of Windows system experience on mission-critical, enterprise level in a complex, highly virtualized enterprise environment - Experience with Linux will be a plus
- Extensive knowledge (7+ years experience) of implementing and supporting Microsoft Windows technologies (2008/2008R2/2012/2012R2 Server Operating Systems)
- Expert knowledge of development and implementation of GPOs, Server hardening and Microsoft Clustering technologies
- Expertise in implementing and deploying VMware ESX, VMWare Virtual Center, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (Horizon)
- Experience working with cloud environments such as Amazon AWS, Azure, O365 etc.
- Experience in working with various block/file storage arrays and iSCSI based Storage Area Networks (Fabric Management)
- Familiarity with Splunk would be a plus
- Must have a passion for automation, experience with PowerShell, Ansible or similar configuration management tools to manage infrastructure as code
- Experience with automated monitoring and software distribution (LANDesk\JAMF advantage)
- Good understanding of Network, Firewalls, load balancers, and complex network designs
- Passion, drive, energy, a sense of humor and a great attitude!
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Technology or the equivalent combination of work experience required

Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $131,000 - $213,500/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
