Your Career
This role as a Sr. Manager Identity and Access Management calls for a strong, proactive leader that can autonomously drive projects, manage customer relationships, and recruit and enable best in class IAM Engineers who can also automate governance and Security. You'll be responsible for managing development teams that provides Authentication and Authorization services across corporate IT & end customers of Palo Alto Networks.
Your Impact
- Lead and Innovate to deliver results and value for the team and customers
- Manage teams of Identity and Access Management Experts on building Role Based Access Control Modules
- Implement an Agile/SCRUM development process and educate team members in effectively working in an Agile development environment
- Attract, develop, and grow engineers to create self-organizing, empowered, and motivated teams
- Aggressively hire top talent developers
- Manage Internal Customer Relationships, including setting priority, agreeing upon deliveries, negotiating scope, and managing timelines
- Provide leadership to the development team, setting direction, removing barriers to success, and monitoring progress and quality
- Manage teams to measure and track metrics related Access Control & Policies and implement governance framework
- Partner with FP&A to manage the budget v/s actuals process and track departmental spendPa
- Partner with other IT Leaders for deliveries that require integration touchpoints to other enterprise applications
Your Experience
- Minimum of experience: 7-8 years work experience in Engineering management, leadership, planning and analysis in a technology-driven organization
- Minimum degree required: Bachelors
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or relevant work experience
- Excellent executive presence, ability to drive adoption and credibility with senior leadership
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with ability to effectively communicate ideas and influence all levels of the organization
- People focused leaders with proven ability to build creative, collaborative teams, develop people and link performance to overall business objectives
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results in global, matrixed environments comprised of internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to attract and retain brilliant idea generators
- Understanding of Salesforce and its products, particularly Sales & Service Cloud
- Experience and understanding of IAM, Access Policies & SOC
- Focus Areas: Sales transformation, Service transformation, Marketing transformation
- Force platform based innovation and development, Change management and training, Leadership and mentoring

Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $169,000 - $282,500/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
