Your Career
As a key member of the Programs and Facilitation team, your primary mission will be to oversee and streamline the logistics for our comprehensive array of training sessions. These sessions are designed to empower our new and existing sellers, both globally and locally, through virtual and in-person formats. Your knack for organization, detail-oriented mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless delivery of our sales enablement programs. From kickoff events to continuous learning initiatives, you'll be the backbone supporting the operational excellence of our training endeavors.
Your Impact
- Training Session Logistics
- Lead the coordination of logistics for a wide range of training sessions
- Your goal is to guarantee smooth execution and an engaging learning experience for all participants
- Scheduling and Communication
- Take charge of scheduling and logistical arrangements for various training events, including handling virtual platforms like Zoom and ensuring clear communication with facilitators, participants and SMEs
- Evaluate Training
- Collect and analyze participant feedback and training effectiveness metrics, making recommendations for continuous improvement
- Onboarding Support
- Provide essential support in the onboarding process for new sales staff, providing logistical support, executing on communications and coordinating training activities
- Content Management
- Support in developing and overseeing our team's intranet site, ensuring the information and content remain current and relevant for our programs

- You've successfully coordinated and managed logistics for global, virtual, and in-person training sessions, ensuring a seamless experience for participants
- Technical Savvy
- Experience with virtual training platforms and a knack for leveraging these tools to maximize training effectiveness
- Analytical Thinking
- You're skilled at interpreting training data, spotting trends, and making informed recommendations for improvements
- Team Spirit
- A collaborative mindset is key, as you'll be building relationships and working closely with various internal teams
- Educational Foundation
- A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field sets the stage for your success in this role or equivalent military experience required

We motivate audiences around the world by training our suite of products to promote the full adoption of our services to protect digital environments. Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $66000 - $106500/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
