Job Description

Your Career

As the Professional Services Manager (Project/Program Management), you will lead a team of Program Managers, Project Managers, and Coordinators, ensuring efficient use of deployment resources to deliver projects on time and within budget. You will oversee customer deployment projects, drive program and process initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes. You will be directly responsible for ensuring portfolio delivery efficiency, meeting revenue targets, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Your Impact 

  • Assist in leading the XSIAM PS PMO NAM theater's project portfolio
  • Manage the team, including onboarding, project assignment, quality control, and performance evaluation
  • Provide first line support and handle escalation management for PS projects
  • Achieve team goals such as reducing backlog, improving CSAT responses, enhancing overall quality, and ensuring revenue recognition and forecasting
  • Determine project partners and structure, incorporating both technical and business resources
  • Collaborate with partners to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables
  • Develop and execute project timelines and milestones, adjusting as necessary
  • Identify necessary resources and assign tasks to team members
  • Oversee daily project operations and manage services operational projects targeting new services IP delivery, partner communications, and scheduling
  • Review and ensure quality of team deliverables before client submission
  • Apply delivery methodology effectively, implement project standards, and minimize exposure and risk
  • Ensure project documents are complete, current, and properly stored
  • Track and report team hours weekly, and forecast resources to meet demands
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams) for successful project outcomes
  • Ensure proper use of project management tools for quality control
  • Drive high billable utilization and maintain team productivity
  • Champion disciplined execution in everyday project management activities
  • Staff, coach, and upskill team members according to their career plans and ambitions

Qualifications

Your Experience

  • BS in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or equivalent education/training/experience or equivalent military experience required
  • Masters in management discipline is a plus
  • Related work experience leading a high performing team delivering complex projects and programs desired
  • Analyze project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates, and utilization
  • Strong proficiency with project management software, such as Clarizen, Asana, Confluence, or JIRA
  • Good presentation skills including written, oral, presentation
  • Good organizational skills including tool utilization (spreadsheets, project management tools, mind maps), information collection, attention to detail, and prioritization
  • Strong interpersonal skills including appreciation and the ability to elicit collaboration from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments
  • Flexible to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines - able to promptly and expertly react to project adjustments and alterations
  • Experience managing large scale (Global) deployments with multiple projects, teams and resources
  • Project Management Institute PMP(r) certification or equivalent a plus
  • Experience with Google’s G Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides) is a plus

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $128000 - $176000/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
