Your Career
We are looking for an exceptional Marketing leader who can design and build infrastructure to underpin funnel and pipeline conversion while accurately measuring the performance and ROI of integrated Marketing activities. This candidate will be experienced at developing end-to-end strategic customer acquisition and engagement strategies, and lead the evolution of a cross-functional integrated Marketing operation. This leader will be experienced in optimizing processes, leveraging data, tools and AI to deliver the consistent growth and required business outcomes.
The ideal candidate is someone who loves being hands-on, highly competent in leading teams, developing disruptive growth driving strategies, implementing scalable processes, analyzing data and helping build and track the performance of field/channel/digital marketing and demand generation programs. You're excited about staying up to date in a fast-paced industry, being a proactive researcher who has introduced new tools or technologies aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and achieving maximized outcomes in your previous roles.

You're someone who can bring a strong strategic focus, foster a culture of innovation and collaboration, and help the team tackle the challenges that accompany rocketship growth. Reporting to our Head of JAPAC DG Hub Services, this is a high-impact role where you will work closely with other marketing teams to manage strategy, operations, budget, and plans. You are at the core of all marketing executions in JAPAC partnered with the Shared Services team in HQ, JAPAC marketing leadership team, along with the regional sales teams, GTM leads and Channel ecosystem. As someone who understands how to operate like a CMO of your function, you will lead on key growth initiatives like CXO engagement/ABM programs, demand generation, and drive quality pipeline with a target contribution for the business. You're also responsible for developing and growing the Programs & Ops team to be a top performing team. The successful candidate will have a proven record of strategic planning, field and program marketing experience - and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves alongside your team.
Your Impact
- Strategic customer acquisition and engagement architect - Strategize and design a multi-channel Marketing framework to run programs at scale to drive pipeline conversion for JAPAC
- Establish CoE (Center of Excellence) - Drive operational efficiency, streamlined processes, enhanced customer satisfaction and increased agility by leveraging technologies as needed
- Technology Adoption - Collaborate with HQ Marketing Operations team or IT team to identify, design, and implement solutions that help us grow and scale with agile - Expected to act as the AI transformation consultant for the team
- Brand Awareness & Demand Generation Oversight - Strategize and design multi-channel Marketing framework that drives awareness and demand in JAPAC in partnership with GTM Marketing, Regional Field & Channel Marketing, PR & Comms, Paid media, etc
- Analytics and Reporting - Lead the integrated visualization of Marketing and Sales performance per account or persona to efficiently run ABM programs or CXO engagement activities - Leverage analytics to finetune the Marketing execution infrastructure - Verify and analyze the data for MBR and QBR insights
- Sales-Marketing Alignment - Drive initiatives emphasizing lead management and governance, elevating data quality and refining lead quality for seamless sales-marketing collaboration
- Agency Management - Onboard, manage, and optimize external agency resources across various JAPAC time zones for optimal support and results
- Team Leadership and Development - Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering growth, development, and talent acquisition to fill key roles effectively
Your Experience
- 10+ years work experience - with at least 8 years of marketing programs & operations experience in B2B high tech, with a focus on demand gen, lead management processes, reporting and marketing systems
- Expertise and demonstrated track record in defining, implementing, and optimizing lead management processes and related reporting and analytics
- Exceptional ability to plan, manage, and execute cross-functional programs and projects; successfully manages dependencies and risks, and makes the right decisions to deliver on time and on budget
- Prior experience building and scaling delivery models to support global needs, using the right mix of onshore and offshore capabilities
- Results-driven with a very strong ability to analyze quantitative data to determine program effectiveness, ROI, forecasting - A unique blend of business, marketing, and technical acumen
- Experience and expertise with marketing automation, CRM solutions and reporting solutions such as Marketo, Salesforce.com, and others
- Experience with B2B/CXO contact acquisition methods
- A strong influencer and collaborator, comfortable with executive-level stakeholder management
- Excellent communicator with proven ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data in written, presentation and spoken formats to a variety of audiences
- "Do whatever it takes" attitude - A unique and proven ability to develop strategy and execute, day in and day out, at an incredibly high level against consistent results
- Excel at cross-group collaboration, creative thinking, problem solving and have a bias for action
- Good communication skills to advocate for needs of stakeholders and mobilize cross functional teams
- Strategic thinker that can align plans to drive an outcome
- Provide consultative input to senior sales and marketing leaders
- Solid understanding of business management and operations, including finance/revenue/pipeline principles
- Experience in account-based marketing (ABM) and running C-level executive programs
- People management experience is essential
