Your Career
The team is responsible for the heart of the engineering group, taking our customers and bringing them to success. The team is part of the Cortex XDR Agent engineering team focusing on customers and their challenges. The position includes investigating complex customer issues, reproducing and fixing them. It requires a deep understanding of the product, as well as excellent problem-solving skills. You are a good candidate if you have analytical skills, love to investigate, solve complex issues, dive into details and are excellent at working with many cross-functional teams such as other engineers, product management and customers.
You will be part of a team that develops cutting edge security solutions including anti-malware, anti-exploitation, EDR and more.
Your Impact
- Support customers to solve their challenges
- Work closely with the engineering team to deliver high quality product
- Contribute to the research and development of agent components
- Be part of a team that values SW development best practices and high standards
- Develop internal tools for automated analysis of customer cases
Your Experience
- 2+ years with Incident response / SW engineering or B.A in Computer Science or equivalent military experience required / Software Engineering
- Experience coding in C/C++
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advantage - Experience with one or more of the following - Windows/Linux/Mac OS, Python, Cybersecurity
