Your Career
A Fully qualified Chartered Accountant with Big 4 consultants or with MNC with relevant work experience. Hands on work experience preparing financials for India entities, co-ordination for statutory, Tax and TP and other compliance related matters for India. 2 years of experience with MNC or Big4 Background with predominantly worked for India statutory audit and India compliances
Your Impact
- Preparation of financial statements and related schedule for PAN India entities
- Accounting of India GAAP related entry in SAP subledger and to maintain GAAP to GAAP reconciliation
- Audit coordination with auditor for statutory, tax and TP audit for India
- GST,WHT and Advance tax report preparation
- Filing of Softex for entity
- RBI compliances - EDPMS, IDPMS, FLA
- Other India compliances related matters
Your Experience
- 2 years of experience with MNC or Big4 Background with predominantly worked for India statutory audit and India compliances
- Ensure all compliance activities, that are assigned, are tracked, complied in time with accurate data and flag any non-compliance to management.
- Understand and get back-ground information of any new compliance requirements or changes to existing ones as may be the case.
- Person should be well versed with the compliance requirements under various laws & the rules there to, including Income Tax Act, GST Act, Companies Act, Labor laws, STP / SEZ requirements, FEMA, secretarial and other allied laws as may be applicable to APAC region including India.
- The person is expected to understand Buy / Sell operational compliance implications / filings
- The Person will be responsible for validating or calculating various filings as afore said. He / she will be required to either prepare and / or review reports and get them approved as good for filing.
- Partner with various teams for gathering required information for compliance, transmit with PANW appointed consultants for preparation and review of compliance filings on a timely basis.
- Communicate effectively and in time with various teams of compliance requirements and related data / reports to ensure smooth functioning of compliance function.
