About the position
As a Sales Enablement Manager - Student at Teads, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales enablement team and enabling business department success. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and validating third-party initiatives, ensuring accurate data reporting, and keeping the CRM tool up-to-date. You will also pull and analyze data from various reports, using the findings to improve sales processes and performance. In addition, you will assist in various projects to enhance data visibility and efficiency. This position is perfect for a student looking to gain practical experience in sales enablement and business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor Third-Party Initiatives: Assist in tracking and monitoring external and internal initiatives, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives and being executed correctly.
- Data Validation: Validate and review data across different reports to ensure it is accurate, consistent, and complete.
- Pull and Analyze Reports: Extract and analyze data from various reports to generate actionable insights and inform sales strategies.
- Use Findings to Improve Processes: Apply findings from data analysis to drive improvements in sales processes, data visibility, and operational efficiency.
- CRM Tool Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain data in the CRM tool to ensure it reflects the most current and accurate information.
- Collaborate with Business Teams: Reach out to internal stakeholders to assist with various tasks, ensuring that necessary data and processes are being addressed.
- Support Data Visibility Projects: Contribute to the development and execution of projects aimed at enhancing data visibility and improving reporting efficiency.
- Project management activities: take part of cross organization efforts while owning needed activities that need to be promoted
- Sales Enablement Initiatives: Assist the sales enablement team in improving tools, resources, and processes that support the sales team’s success.
What will you bring to the team?
- Currently enrolled in a [Business, Marketing, Industrial Engineering mangment degree program or equivalent experience.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to validate data and generate insights from reports.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with advanced pivot skills. Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Eagerness to learn and develop in the fields of sales operations and data analysis.
Preferred
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or business operations (internships or school projects).
- Basic understanding of sales processes and the role of sales enablement.
