We are looking for a passionate team player to join our team.
You will be part of a talented group of professionals, responsible for automating our physical datacenter operations and managing our own private cloud.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Install, configure, and maintain Linux servers.
- Perform remote operations and maintenance of our own private cloud environments.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on Linux systems.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for infrastructure and hardware related issues.
- Develop and maintain automation for system administration tasks.
- Utilize tools like Chef for configuration management.
- Automate hardware lifecycle: from rack elevation moment till decommission.
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability of the on-premises cloud infrastructure.
What you’ll bring
- At least 3 years of experience in Linux operating systems (e.g., CentOS, Ubuntu).
- At least 3 years of experience in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python).
- Experience with on-premises cloud platforms and remote management.
- Experience with automating deployments using configuration and deployment management tools such as Chef, Jenkins, Docker or others.
- Experience using version control tools such as Git.
- Experience with monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., Nagios, Prometheus, Zabbix).
- Familiarity with Object Oriented programming (advantage).
- Familiarity with RESTful API design principles and best practices (advantage).
