Sr. Consultant - Sailpoint IIQ Engineer I Remote, USA

Atlanta, GA

This position will be fully remote and can be hired anywhere in the United States.

Our consultants are skilled technical and consultative resources expected to be strong in both technical and soft skills. A Consultant must be a proven self-starter with the ability to problem-solve, communicate, participate in diverse project teams from a technical perspective, and interface effectively with customers, vendor partners, and colleagues. Establish & maintain productive and respectful relationships with the delivery team, practice management, and client management team.

You will actively contribute to improving operational efficiency on projects and internal initiatives. Deliver timely engagements and works closely with Practice Directors to drive training and education, career development, performance development, and collaboration across the team.

How you'll make an impact:

  • Be a key player in the implementation and delivery of SailPoint IdN or IIQ projects
  • Review customer use cases and requirements and provide feedback
  • Support running technical POCs
  • Work closely with project service and or engagement manager to deliver on the project goals and service quality
  • Seamless delivery accountability along with other team members
  • Contribute to the solution repository with best practices
  • Share best practices with team members to contribute and enhance the IAM center of excellence
  • Mentor and coach junior members

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree and/or qualification in an IT related discipline or equivalent technical and business experience
  • 4+ years' experience in consulting and Identity and Access Management
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in designing and deploying SailPoint IIQ is mandatory
  • Should have SailPoint IIQ certifications
  • Experience in the installation of SailPoint IIQ product.
  • Experience in implementing at least 2 large IAM implementations
  • Medium to large scale Installation and configuration for 50k+ users
  • Developing complex lifecycle workflows
  • Developing custom connectors
  • Onboarding applications with automated provisioning
  • Configuring custom reports and dashboards
