The CyberArk consultant for the Identity & Access Management (IAM) COE in India Identity Services group will require strong understanding of Access Management technologies, products, and methodologies. The consultant will work alongside customers as a trusted advisor for topics related to Privileged Access Management including all aspects related to CyberArk Identity product suite. As such, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) are a must as well as the ability to work across multiple accounts and projects at the same time. Experience with other PAM suites like BeyondTrust or Delinea will be an added plus.

How you'll make an impact

  • Overall 6+ yrs of experience in CyberArk and related Privileged Access Management (PAM) technologies.
  • CyberArk product certification of CDE-PAM or CDE-CPC is mandatory for this role.
  • Be a product and domain expert in PAM domain experienced in conducting environment assessments and health checks in line with best practices.
  • Experience in migration to CyberArk P-cloud is essential.
  • Experience and familiarity across all CyberArk components like Vaults, PVWA, PSM, CPM etc.
  • Experience in EPM is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Experience in various third-party product integrations.
  • Perform confidently and authoritatively in the role of CyberArk Consultant on all CyberArk -related technologies in lead or supporting deployment roles.
  • Provide CyberArk related troubleshooting services as part of project or post-production support activities.
  • Ensure requirements gathered, processes defined, and use cases documented follow out of the box configuration vs. customization as much as possible.
  • Participate in capacity planning and HW specification recommendation efforts.
  • Participate in all CyberArk deployment activities, connector configuration, custom rule development, and third-party system integration.
  • Participate in and/or lead User Acceptance Testing and bug-related engineering efforts.
  • Design, implement, and educate on CyberArk processes, and least privilege.
  • Provide knowledge transfer and postproduction support activities as necessary.
  • Perform work successfully with supervisory oversight.
  • Candidate must be an independent self-starter able to perform all deployment activities with oversight and as a member of a project team.
  • Remain current on all CyberArk and PAM market related trends, tools, and methodologies.
  • Obtain and evolve technical expertise, certifications and industry credentials through formal and informal training and other educational initiatives.
  • Obtain and maintain CyberArk certifications.
  • Provide feedback on internal processes required to help train and mentor other CyberArk deployment engineers in the PAM COE.
  • Help continue to build and improve the CyberArk COE Knowledge Base.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • This position is a full-time role averaging 40 hours per week with base work location as Bangalore.
  • The work timings will be UK shift: 2 PM - 11 PM IST

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's (or higher) degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent education and/or experience.
  • Certified Delivery Engineer (CDE) certification on CyberArk is required.
  • 7+ years' experience related to designing, deploying, and configuring PAM solutions, or 6+ years direct PAM consulting experience.
  • Proficient in CyberArk and related technologies. Experience in system administration, scripting (JavaScript, Python), Rest API, LDAP directories, Active Directory.
  • Experience in providing guidance in CyberArk strategy; must have CyberArk deep-dive experience; must have executed at least 3-4 CyberArk projects.
  • Strong understanding of PAM Architecture, deployment methodologies and best practices.
  • Effective at presenting information to different audiences at the correct level of detail (e.g., from engineering teams to executive management).
  • CISSP is a plus.
