The Manager, Income Tax will be responsible for domestic and foreign income tax accounting, compliance, mergers and acquisition planning, and research projects. The ability to adapt in a versatile environment and continuously improve processes will be essential for the candidate.
How you'll make an impact
- Prepare and review income tax provision calculations and journal entries
- Reconcile and analyze tax balance sheet and income tax accounts
- Facilitate and review outsourced income tax compliance and tax incentive projects
- Assist with domestic tax matters relating to the global business, including FDII, BEAT, GILTI and similar calculations
- Manage federal, state, and foreign tax audits and work with consultants to maximize compliance
- Conduct tax research and document tax positions
- Assist with transaction-based projects, including due diligence, planning, structuring and integration
- Develop and implement process improvements to streamline tax functions
- Effectively communicate with all levels of personnel, across functions within the finance organization and with external service providers

What we're looking for
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or other related fields of study required
- Master's Degree in Taxation preferred
- Minimum 8 years of income tax experience with a public accounting firm and/or a corporate tax department with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
- International tax experience preferred
- Must have a demonstrated hands-on approach and success in working in a team-based environment
- Strong analytical, communication, and accounting skills
- Ability to prioritize competing projects and meet deadlines in a time sensitive environment
