Purpose of your role:
Enterprise is a key growth area at OFX and we're building our capability to win and support high value Enterprise Clients globally. Your role is critical in supporting the sales process in one of OFX's fastest growing segments. You will ensure that the solutions defined are within strategy ensuring product and technological capabilities are considered and leveraged effectively.

Lead partnership implementations working with the Partner, Account Managers, Operations, Compliance, Legal and Delivery Teams. Collate feedback from the Partner, Customers, and Internal Stakeholders to feed into the Product Roadmap.

What you do:
Presales planning and process
  • Partner with OFX Enterprise Business Development and other internal teams to assess Enterprise opportunities.
  • Improve Enterprise Pre-sales process through sharing of learnings and best practice globally.
  • Be a key part of the cross-functional team that helps assess and win business.
  • Plan and present live demonstrations, client meetings and on person conferences.
Integration solutioning
  • Develop a strong understanding of the needs of each partner.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, present technical information.
  • Working collaboratively with the sales team from a pre-sales perspective.
  • Be able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders to influence sales outcomes.
  • Plan the solution overview in response to partner use-cases and existing product offering.
Partnership Activation
  • Post launch work with the commercial team and marketing to drive partnership growth.
  • Optimise integration and product to ensure partnership targets are achieved.
What you bring:
  • Be able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • You will be a self-starter that is comfortable being empowered to work autonomously. You will work with stakeholders and partners to define partner solutions.
  • You will bring strong SaaS experience with a broad commercial and technical understanding of API web services.
Required Experience
  • 5+ years of pre-sales experience from solutioning through to launch, demonstrating commercial success.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including ability to communicate technical details.
  • Must be a motivated self-starter and enthusiastic.
  • Ability to write clear, market-driven product requirements.
  • Strong planning skills and robust attention to detail.
  • Collaborative style. Team player who can constructively challenge to get to better outcomes.
  • Strong Stakeholder skills, evidence of managing multiple stakeholders (both internally and externally) to deliver effective business outcomes.
  • Will have worked with Agile methodologies as well as have a working understanding of technology and software development.
