Marketplaces and payment providers charge high margins on transfers. OFX helps online sellers save money and expedite critical aspects of their supply chain with fast, efficient cross-border money transfers. And, with an OFX Global Currency Account online sellers get the equivalent of a local bank account in today's most profitable international markets: USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD and HKD, which they can use to make payments in local currency.
As eCommerce Product Marketing Manager you will own product marketing for our OFX Global Currency Account for ecommerce sellers. This important role will connect the dots between product strategy and regional marketing campaigns, and champion putting the e-commerce customer at the heart of what we do. You've got a thirst to dig beneath the surface to uncover what drives performance to inform recommendations.
You'll be informed about the ecommerce competitive landscape and how to target and market to online sellers, and you'll leverage this knowledge to identify where OFX stands out, and where we don't. This position is perfect for a results-oriented, hands-on product marketer who is passionate about the ecommerce segment and digital marketing. You're a marketer who is always telling a story our target audience understands and acts on. You are pragmatic but creative and can get your hands dirty when required.
What you'll be doing
- Be the champion, evangelist and product marketing engine of OFX eCommerce and the OFX Global Currency Account (GCA).
- Lead the Go-To-Market approach to support new, changed, optimized product enhancements related to the GCA in the North American market, and play a consultative role for other regional teams (APAC & UK/EUR).
- Be comfortable owning the short and long-term global product marketing strategy for GCA, and working closely with regional marketing teams to integrate the right positioning and messaging into campaigns targeting ecommerce sellers.
- Work closely with a range of cross-functional teams-product managers, UX, sales, brand, alliance team and regional marketing teams on messaging, marketing, events and go-to-market plans.
- You'll have a keen eye for detail and understanding the end-to-end customer experience - and the problems that need to be solved.
- Develop product positioning and messaging informed by user research, market insights, and product understanding. Helping to enable customer-facing teams to tell our story in a way that captivates and grows ecommerce customers for OFX.
- You will be an integral part of a small but growing vertical team and will partner with our other B2B marketers globally and other cross-functional teams to plan and successfully implement initiatives that help achieve our ambitious growth targets in this vertical.

Knowledge, skills, experience
- 5 to 7 years of product marketing experience targeting ecommerce businesses, with at least 4+ years working in performance marketing.
- Experience working at a global company or ad agency a plus.
- College degree desired, but will consider relevant industry experience.
- Track record of driving effective campaign results.
- Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and the ability to track performance and take course corrective action when required.
- Experience working with agency and other media buyers to plan and execute acquisition-oriented marketing campaigns.
- Influence sales strategy and execution, particularly in the B2B event space. Experience developing sales enablement programs and materials.
- Excellent organizational communications (oral and written) planning and interpersonal skills. Team player attitude.
