Purpose of your role
Working closely with the Commercial leadership, and leveraging the input and expertise of Compliance colleagues, The Compliance Manager, Enterprise and Partnerships contributes Compliance expertise to the design and implementation of enterprise arrangements with organisations OFX is partnering with.

Key Aspects of the Role:
  • Provide prompt and thorough advice and guidance to Commercial stakeholders on complex partnerships, complex clients and enterprise arrangements (see links below for examples). Ensure those arrangements are designed and delivered in compliance with legislative obligations, including financial services license requirements and financial crime compliance.
  • Oversight existing complex partnerships, complex clients and enterprise arrangements, and contribute to continual improvement.
  • Provide compliance support for business projects and for the product team to ensure compliance requirements are met in proposed changes to existing products/services.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to stakeholders especially related to complex client or payment matters.
As a member of the OFX Leadership Team:
  • Provide leadership and contribute to a strong compliance culture in OFX;
  • Actively collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the development and delivery of OFX strategic, business and operational plans;
  • Develop strong working relationships with other areas of the business, in particular the Legal function and the first line Client Due Diligence function;
  • Act as a resource for others, providing timely and accurate advice on a range of compliance-related matters.
  • Assist in the execution and monitoring of the OFX AML/CFT, Sanctions and broader Compliance programs (global).
  • Identify and escalate potentially suspicious activities.
  • Act as an ambassador for and promote the best interests of OFX at all times, including the promotion of OFX company values.
  • Other ad hoc tasks/projects as assigned.
What you bring:
Knowledge, skills, experience
  • 3+ years' experience in a similar role in Risk and Compliance within the financial sector.
  • Experience identifying and managing risks and ensuring appropriate controls are in place.
  • Knowledge of current AML/CTF, Risk, Anti-Fraud and broader financial services obligations and frameworks.
  • Adept at operating in a global collaborative environment.
  • Problem solving and solution design.
  • Ability to prioritise work and resources, keeping business objectives at the forefront of the decision-making process.
  • Strong external and internal stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to maintain high standards of accuracy and work under pressure to achieve deadlines.
  • Demonstrated self-initiative and ability to work unsupervised.
