What you'll be doing:

  • Engage in the outstanding development of silicon photonics and semiconductor test programs. Collaborate with international design teams to flawlessly implement silicon design features for testing, test concept development, and code implementation.
  • Conduct comprehensive device characterization and data analysis, supplying designers with high-quality feedback to ensure flawless silicon performance.
  • Lead the development of silicon photonic test concepts and hardware, working closely with both internal and external vendors to successfully implement these solutions.
  • Prioritize yield improvement and the reduction of test time, while upholding high standards of efficiency and excellence at every stage.

What we need to see:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Materials Science from a leading university, or equivalent experience in the field.
  • Proven experience in electrical engineering and programming.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the photonic or semiconductor industry.
  • Strong background in photonic or semiconductor testing or validation, with proficiency in programming languages such as Python and VBA.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of probability and statistics tools, such as JMP.
  • A fresh approach to problem-solving that consistently leads to successful outcomes.
  • Experience in leading cross-organizational activities with a high sense of responsibility and ambition.
