We seek a passionate and detail-oriented professional to attend industry conferences and events and document essential facts that will enhance the organization's knowledge base. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy learning, and love organizing information, this role is for you!

What you'll be doing:

  • Capture key insights, facts, and discussions from key conferences, seminars, and events you proactively identify.
  • Listen actively to speakers and take clear, concise notes in real time to ensure accurate documentation of important points.
  • Drive and coordinate team collaboration to gather, share, and analyze information.
  • Structure and organize notes according to predefined guidelines for clarity and accessibility.
  • Ensure that summaries are delivered promptly following the conclusion of each event.
  • Regularly update and maintain spreadsheets and other archival files to ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Quickly grasp new concepts and analyze their relevance to existing data, integrating them into current knowledge framework efficiently.
  • Work closely with team members across the company to facilitate effective information flow and alignment across the organization.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Information Management, Data Management, Business, or other related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in a role involving real-time assimilation and analysis of data from real-world events and knowledge management.
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for attending industry events and learning about industry developments.
  • Interest in continuously expanding industry knowledge and staying current with events and news.
  • Passion for organizing data and structuring information in a clear, accessible format.
  • Proficiency in distilling complex information into concise summaries for others to understand.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information quickly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Thriving in fast-paced environments with real-time attention to detail and active listening.
  • Strong collaboration skills and a team-oriented approach.
  • Demonstrable capability to be independent within three to six months of starting this position.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Background in the Semiconductor or Software industries
  • Knowledge in Electrical Engineering or GPU technology
  • Curiosity for participating in technology conferences and engaging in pioneering technology
  • Experience in technical writing

The base salary range is 140,000 USD - 218,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
