NVIDIA is looking for Senior Technical Customer Program Manager to join its NVIDIA Infrastructure Specialist Team. Academic and commercial groups around the world are using NVIDIA products to revolutionize deep learning and data analytics, and to power data centers. Join the team building many of the largest and fastest AI/HPC systems! We are looking for someone with the ability to work on a dynamic customer focused team that requires excellent interpersonal skills. This role will be interacting with customers, partners and internal teams, to analyze, define and implement large scale Networking projects. The scope of these efforts includes a combination of datacenter scale Networking, System Design and Automation and being the face to the customer!

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead end-to-end execution of customer engagement programs related to NVIDIA datacenter scale ensuring project timelines, SLAs and quality standards. This includes applying your expertise to drive technical strategy, planning, and execution with customers, internal collaborators and partners.
  • Developing comprehensive technical program delivery plans to optimize the customer experience to minimize operational disruptions, optimize cluster performance, increase customer resilience, preemptive maintenance, and drive overall smoother operations.
  • Engage and build internal and external customer relationships, understanding their needs and expectations, and effectively communicating program status, risks, and mitigation plans to ensure customer satisfaction. This includes working with executives, engineering teams, and external partners and ensuring visibility and informed decision-making.
  • Organize and lead complex technical engineering-to-engineering (hardware and software) discussions working closely with engineering, operations, quality, product management, and sales teams to resolve technical and logistical issues, set correct expectations and keep the scope of the projects on a track to successful execution.

What we need to see:

  • BS/MS/PhD or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, other Engineering fields with at least 8 years working directly with customers especially with networking and GPU technology and preferably large scale deployments.
  • Strong expertise in datacenter engineering, GPU, networking, including a solid understanding large scale data center operations.
  • Deep customer savvy managing complex programs, especially with strategic customers with complex hardware and software architectures and requirements.
  • Superb leadership skills across broad and diverse functional teams in a global environment.
  • Working on site with customer and regional travel is required for on-site visits with customers.
  • Fluent in Chinese and English.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Strong experience in working with customers on complex products with leading edge hardware and software architectures that create new and innovative solutions.
  • Comfortable defining and driving customer programs with intimate understanding of dependencies, critical paths, key and critical landmarks, and results. Knowledge of embedded systems and AI solutions is a plus.
  • Consistent record of handling multiple customers and customer programs across worldwide geographies and time zones.
