As a Technical Account Manager, you are expected to possess excellent communication skills and a strong sense of ownership in resolving issues while prioritizing customer satisfaction. You will regularly collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, and Support teams to address technical challenges and ensure Nvidia products and solutions are successful at all times.

What you'll be doing:
- Resolve complex escalations and technical issues through meticulous research, reproduction, and troubleshooting for customers installing NVIDIA products line
- Responding to customer product support inquiries via telephone, email or conference calls.
- Resolving customer issues during installation, operation, maintenance or product application or interoperability with other vendors
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings and provide feedback to engineering and marketing regarding product requirements, customer experience, support tools, etc.
- As a technical resource develop, re-define and document best practices to provide to internal teams (Support/R&D) for support process and improvements
- Site visits and conference calls with customers
What we need to see:
- 6+ years in providing in-depth customer support and troubleshooting for hardware and software products.
- Proficiency in Linux System Administration, including process management, package management, task scheduling, kernel management, boot procedures/troubleshooting, performance reporting/optimization/logging, advanced networking (tuning and monitoring), storage configuration/troubleshooting (iSCSI), Virtualization (KVM), and Scripting.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot networking protocols using tools like TCPDUMP, Wireshark, or similar packet analysis tools.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective resolution of escalated customer cases.
- Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask independently.
- Minimum four-year degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- Industry-recognized Linux/Networking certifications are preferred.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
- Extensive experience in network programming, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for high-concurrency scenarios.
- Proficient in OpenStack administration with expertise in server virtualization and OpenStack Ironic for bare metal computing.
- Familiarity with emerging trends such as ,ROCE, VirtIO, NFV, VNF, VPP, SR-IOV, and DPDK will be highly valued.
- Having experience with NVIDIA SmartNIC, DPU (Data Processing Unit), and other related products is highly valued.
- Experience in supporting or working at internet companies or CSP are highly valued.
