As NVIDIA's Imaging Software team, we provide the eyes that these intelligent systems use to perceive and change the world.

We are seeking a skilled and innovative camera imaging software engineer to join our team. You will have an opportunity to work on design, development, and testing of multiple layers of embedded camera imaging software stacks, to improve the performance, reliability, security, and safety of our products.

  • Collaborate with our industry-leading experts to develop innovative imaging software solutions for our self-driving products
  • Design, implement, and verify changes to our camera software to ensure safe and reliable execution and enable deployment in safety critical applications
  • Develop creative features and solutions for camera ISP and imaging pipeline
  • Support safety work products including architecture, design, and verification documentation to meet product requirements and timelines
  • Fix issues in camera software, system performance and stability, and testing infrastructure

What we need to see:

  • BS or MS in EE/CS or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of experience in Software development or relevant industry
  • Background in image processing and camera software
  • Proficiency in C/C++
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills for collaborations with global teams

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Familiarity in camera sensors, ISP, and imaging pipeline
  • Experience with QNX or Embedded Linux Operating Systems
  • Background with device driver development
  • Experience working on safety critical systems like Automotive, Medical imaging or Robotics software

The base salary range is 120,000 USD - 230,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
