As the Senior Program Manager, IT Business Operations within our global IT PMO team, you will be accountable to develop the fundamental practice to measure and lead IT technology expenditures and investments. Additionally, will take lead to develop and provide a framework that enables visibility and analytics around IT's supplier network and overall performance. Lastly be responsible for leading IT infrastructure programs within various infrastructure domains. You will be instrumental in providing visibility and transparency to Senior IT leadership related to application and business services that support all of NVIDIA.

What you'll be doing:

  • Mature operating rhythms of IT by establishing methods and practices that:

    • Develop and roll out an IT wide show-back framework that connects technology investments to business value.
    • Drive centralization of spend transparency (forecast vs actual consumption) to provide a top down view of IT spend providing insight into plan vs actuals, with clarity to enable decisions for prioritization tradeoffs.
    • Develop and deliver a model to document, collect and report out key unit cost metrics for business and IT leaders measuring various categories of IT spend from enterprise applications to infrastructure. Provide regularly reported critical metrics based on model for unit costs.
    • Produce various reports to provide visibility and performance measurement of IT spend.
  • Develop and deploy supplier performance management to:

    • Established a health assessment framework including performance scorecards, and ongoing health assessments.
    • Provide transparency into IT's supplier network including spend metrics, deliver delivery key performance indicators and gaps in sourcing strategy.
    • Drive ITs center of excellence around contract structures, and execution performance; drive resolution for supplier performance problems and develop mitigation strategies for future engagements.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of lab, office, or IT infrastructure enablement programs. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure alignment to project objectives. Coordinate project resources, lead risks, and resolve issues.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business or related field required (or equivalent experience); Masters degree preferred
  • 8+ Years of IT experience, 5+ years of experience in a Sourcing, Contracting, procure to pay, Information Technology Finance analyst role.
  • Demonstrated understanding of financials or large complex IT organizations and experience in standard methodologies associated with procurement to pay business processes.
  • Proven deep customer and technical savvy born of driving complex programs in IT infrastructure
  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal/presentations. Ability to bridge from high-level objectives to project details and vice-versa.
  • Willingness to work with distributed team members across different time zones.
  • Certification or exposure to Technology Business Management (TBM) is a plus.

The base salary range is 156,000 USD - 299,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
