You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative XR products and solutions. You'll work closely with engineering, product, and external stakeholders to manage the entire program lifecycle, from concept to deployment. Your role will involve balancing technical and strategic objectives while ensuring smooth communication and alignment across all teams.

What you'll be doing:

  • Program Leadership: Lead and manage large-scale XR projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, product, and QA teams to define program requirements, set priorities, and drive execution.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituents, including leadership, product managers, and clients.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks early in the project lifecycle and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Roadmap Planning: Develop and maintain project timelines and roadmaps in collaboration with product and engineering teams.
  • Resource Allocation: Ensure that teams have the resources they need to meet program goals, including managing budget, staffing, and third-party relationships.
  • Technical Expertise: Understand and contribute to technical discussions to ensure projects align with technical feasibility and innovation goals.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously improve and implement best practices for program management in the XR space.
  • Quality Assurance: Partner with QA teams to define test plans, ensure comprehensive testing, and address issues prior to product launch.

What we need to see:

  • BS, MS or Ph.D. in CS (or equivalent experience). A strong technical understanding of XR technologies, development processes, and hardware/software integration is essential.
  • 7+ years of experience in technical program management, with at least 3 years in the XR/AR/VR/MR industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, complex environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and experience resolving technical and operational challenges.
  • In-depth knowledge of XR platforms, SDKs, and hardware devices such as HoloLens, Oculus, or Magic Leap is highly preferred.
  • Background with working with design and product teams to align on user experience goals and technical feasibility.
  • Experience managing programs using Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or computer vision technologies in the XR space.
  • Experience launching XR products to market, from conception to post-launch support.
  • Experience working on globally distributed teams and managing multiple workstreams across different time zones is a plus.

The base salary range is 156,000 USD - 299,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
