We are seeking an experienced and dedicated technical program manager for NVIDIA's DGX Cloud. We need passionate, hard-working, and creative people to help us deliver value to DGX Cloud customers.

As a DGX Cloud technical program manager, you will be the connective tissue between global cloud service providers and NVIDIA engineering teams, creating exciting cloud infrastructure and user experiences for DGX Cloud customers! You will gather requirements, drive prioritization, schedules, and planning for all phases of the product life cycle. You will manage risks and resolve issues that affect scope, schedule, and quality and ensure the quality standards of the programs are achieved.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead and Manage Projects: Oversee the development and execution of achievements and schedules for multiple moving parts within DGX Cloud.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with engineering, product management, and operations teams to define and deliver project roadmaps, schedules, and landmarks.
  • Risk Management: Identify and resolve risks and issues that could impact scope, schedule, and quality within the DGX Cloud program.
  • Develop Dashboards: Design and implement real-time dashboards to track program progress, KPIs, and critical performance metrics using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Grafana.
  • Automate Reporting: Streamline reporting processes and provide actionable insights that facilitate data-driven decision-making across teams.
  • Enhance Organizational Tooling: Build tools organization-wide to manage the delivery of solutions and technology, fostering efficiency and transparency.
  • Optimize Workflows: Collaborate with engineering and management teams to enhance efficiency and performance by optimizing existing product development workflows.
  • Evaluate and Improve Processes: Continuously assess and refine operational processes to align with business goals and scalability needs.
  • Define Workflows and Standards: Establish and streamline workflows, RACI matrices, and operational standards across cross-functional teams.
  • Create and Maintain Documentation: Develop, maintain, and enhance technical documentation, including process guidelines, user guides, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Implement Critical Communication: Drive a comprehensive communication strategy that provides insight into program progress for leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Build Communication Tools: Develop and implement tools that enhance transparency into project status, risks, and achievements, ensuring collaborators are informed and aligned.
  • Facilitate Transparency: Create and maintain channels for real-time updates on project progress, fostering transparency and collaboration among teams.
  • Foster Collaboration: Encourage open communication and collaboration across teams to align efforts and drive operational success.

What we need to see:

  • 8+ years of program management experience driving large-scale software engineering projects within a matrixed environment.
  • Proven expertise process definition, and creating/maintaining high-quality technical documentation.
  • Experience designing and maintaining data visualization dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Grafana.
  • Strong background in process development and optimization, including implementing scalable workflows and RACI matrices.
  • Demonstrated experience managing global projects across multiple time zones.
  • Proficiency with tools such as JIRA and JAMA, with a solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong communication, technical presentation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams and resolve technical issues.
  • Expertise in critical communication and road-mapping, with a focus on aligning project goals with business objectives and executive expectations.
  • MS EE or CS degree, or equivalent experience

  • Strong communication skills, with experience managing complex, cross-functional programs.
  • Working knowledge of cloud technologies and cloud infrastructure.
  • Experience with PLC, managing end-to-end cross-functional processes, and automating large-scale portfolio reporting.

The base salary range is 156,000 USD - 299,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
