What you will be doing:

  • In this highly transparent role, you will be essential in ensuring we qualify and deliver NVIDIA's IP on schedule.
  • Work closely with different IP team leaders and partners to agree on achievement criteria that lead to productization. Manage all technical communications across teams to ensure high quality.
  • Drive quality improvement initiatives, working closely with leaders on integration, verification, qualification, automation, and development environments.
  • Foster multi-functional team partnerships, including Architecture, Digital Frontend and Backend, Analog, Infrastructure, Verification, SOCD, SOCV, and QC teams.
  • Manage schedules, task lists, checklists, and deliverables.
  • Track all program management metrics and drive continuous improvement processes.

What we need to see:

  • Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of proven track record in program management from spec definition to tape-out, specifically with ASIC hardware teams that span geographic locations.
  • Deep understanding of ASIC design flow, SOC integration, IP integration, verification, quality check, and automation.
  • Diligent and able to multitask in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and changing requirements.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to drive meetings with IP teams and partners in English.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Experience as a SOC chip lead or ASIC team leader in top fabless semiconductor companies.
  • Familiarity with ASIC front-end tools.
  • Experience working in a globally distributed team.
