As part of the global IT Strategy & Delivery team, you will play a critical role in leading projects that impacts Enterprise Productivity & AI strategies, systems, and processes within the organization. You will collaborate closely with teams, including engineering, product management, supply chain, for execution and alignment with organizational objectives. In partnership with senior IT leaders, you will be responsible for global execution of your projects, ensuring consistency and timely execution in line with our delivery processes. Inspect and assess projects' health; provide input for corrections needed or help raise up issues for quick resolution.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure adherence to project achievements. Coordinate project resources, lead risks, and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and business partners to gather requirements, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project objectives. Champion effective communication and lead collaborator expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Work closely with engineering & product management teams to manage strategic projects for employee experience and productivity, enterprise AI applications for IT operations and productivity.
  • Drive initiatives to improve engineering productivity across company. Identify process bottlenecks, use standard methodologies, leverage technology & AI solutions.
  • Project Governance and Reporting: Establish project governance frameworks, including project charters, governance boards, and reporting mechanisms. Provide regular project updates, performance metrics, and status reports to key collaborators and senior management. Ensure project documentation is maintained and accessible for future reference.
  • Develop strategies to facilitate smooth adoption of new processes and technologies. Collaborate to develop communication plans, training materials, and collaborator engagement strategies to drive successful change initiatives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Find opportunities for process improvements, automation, and optimization processes. Collaborate to implement standard methodologies, drive efficiency gains, and enhance performance.
  • Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors and external partners to procure and implement technology solutions. Lead vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure successful project delivery and ongoing support.

What we need to see:

  • BS/MS in Computer science or related field or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years consistent track record in Technical program management or related role. 3+ years of engineering (coding) experience will be a plus
  • Deep technical skills to work closely with engineering team and demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies.
  • Familiarity with technology solutions and tools for enterprise productivity, Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI) and AI/ML solutions.
  • Experience leading programs building software products using AI technologies.
  • Customer focused and outcome driven approach leveraging metrics and KPIs.
  • Solid project management skills, including project planning, risk management, and collaborator management.
  • Superb communication, presentation, and social skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and collaborators at all levels.
  • Organizational change expertise, with the ability to drive organizational change and lead resistance to change.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with enterprise productivity applications, industry standard methodologies.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Experience building software products using AI/ML solutions.
  • Proven ability driving Cloud migration or managing large ecosystems in cloud.
  • Exposure to managing mission critical systems in production and driving operational excellence through SRE practices.
  • Analytical approach to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.

The base salary range is 156,000 USD - 299,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
