We are looking for a candidate with deep process and system expertise in Return Management. This will include warranty management, returns/repair processes. You will play a central role in the functional management and analysis of diverse enterprise applications, with a strong focus on SFDC Service Management and Field Service. The successful candidate will showcase a history of spearheading multiple transformational initiatives and continuous improvement efforts, all while managing the operational requirements necessary to maintain existing solutions.

What you'll be doing:

  • Design and Implement case management, warranty management, return process, repair process and service orders to elevate the NVIDIA's service management process!
  • Architect and develop solutions within the SFDC Service Cloud environment.
  • Develop essential integrations connecting SFDC and SAP to facilitate seamless end-to-end service management processes.
  • Build Customer and Partner Communities to self-service capabilities.
  • Develop and update use cases, process diagrams, and user functional flows.
  • Generate, assess, and uphold high-level project plans, detailed functional and technical design documents for various functional areas.
  • Create and implement testing plans to ensure superior quality results. Coordinate UAT testing and weekly/monthly deployment release cycles.
  • Collaborate with Business, Product Management, and Engineering to deliver innovative solutions.

What we need to see:

  • Extensive expertise in configuring, designing, and implementing Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service applications.
  • Solid experience in Returns Process, Asset Management, Field Service, Warranty management, Entitlement management, Repair, and Service orders.
  • Master's degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business.
  • 7+ years of experience as an SFDC Solutions Architect with advanced knowledge of the Salesforce platform.
  • Proficient in using flow builder, process builder, Field Service Management, Omni-channel, entitlements, Milestones, Lightning builder, Apex, VisualForce, Debug Capabilities, and other out-of-the-box solutions.
  • Self-motivated individual with a track record of working independently and driving new initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are critical.
  • Experience collaborating and working with application developers, SFDC, SAP, and offshore teams to develop applications supporting enterprise customers.
  • Certifications: Administrator, Advanced Administrator and Service Cloud Consultant

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Experience in High-Tech industry
  • Background in Software/Services processes and systems
  • Exposure to various middleware system architectures such as SAP PI/PO, MuleSoft, etc.
  • Experience with SAP CRM, SAP S/4 HANA systems and integrations is a plus.
  • Demonstrated expertise in lightning component development, Apex, bots, Gen AI, and machine learning.

The base salary range is 128,000 USD - 207,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
