What you'll be doing:
- Leading the design and development of software architecture for our DRIVEOS platform, ensuring flawless integration and performance.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and implement ambitious specifications that meet the highest standards of safety and reliability.
- Leveraging TLA+ technology across the organization. This included training, development processes, toolchain enhancements, and developing - and assisting in the development of - TLA+ specification models.
- Mentoring and guiding junior engineers, encouraging a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Collaborating with NDAS, TSE, customers, and partners to understand needs and deliver solutions that go above and beyond expectations.
- Staying at the forefront of industry trends and advancements to maintain NVIDIA's competitive edge in autonomous driving technology.
What we need to see:
- Proven experience in software architecture and design, with a strong background in developing specifications for complex systems.
- Industry recognized TLA+ experience and skills
- Extensive knowledge of computer science principles, including algorithms, data structures, and standard methodologies in software engineering.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to lead projects from concept to completion.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience); a master's or PhD is preferred.
- 12+ years experience.
- Experience with autonomous driving technology, real-time systems, and AI is a plus
The base salary range is 220,000 USD - 419,750 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
