We are looking for a Senior Product Quality Engineer to join our team leading all aspects of RMA Product Quality Engineering Operation Lab Services. You will greatly influence quality across the company through interactions with internal and external engineering groups. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills with a strong structured problem-solving background and proven experience in RMA failure analysis lab support and failure root cause resolution. Your hands-on failure analysis lab tool services skills are essential as you will be working to support various product RMA failure analysis initiatives.

What You'll be Doing:
- Coordinates and manages activities and programs within multiple laboratory facilities.
- Keeps records for all activities and programs, as necessary; provides technical support for order of new laboratory equipment, supplies, and data analysis tools.
- Provide set-up and debug of various NVIDIA product test platforms used in RMA failure analysis.
- Coordinate with team members on RMA failure analysis activities to identify root cause of customer reported issues.
- Design, implement and maintain failure analysis lab protocols, processes, and methods for analyzing field return products.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities to address any failure analysis lab equipment gaps and recommend updates or changes to lab procedures.
What we need to see:
- BS in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience) or other related engineering field
- 8+ years of RMA failure analysis lab tool experience on board and IC chip products
- Experience in both board and chip test and cooling platforms for failure analysis
- Knowledge of data center system architecture and components such as servers, storage devices, network devices, power supplies, cooling systems.
- Familiar with automotive and data center system testing methods and management tools.
- Experience in supporting internal and external multi-functional teams in failure analysis activities.
- Excellent structured problem solving, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

The base salary range is 136,000 USD - 218,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
