  • Power Feature Deployment: Develop and drive design collateral for next-generation power management features, leading their deployment from initial architecture through final product integration.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate across teams, including system architects, designers, hardware and software engineers, and marketing teams, to ensure a seamless, closed-loop design process for power features.
  • Controller Design & Compliance: Design controllers that ensure NVIDIA products meet compliance standards and operate within defined power and performance parameters.
  • Power Modeling & Characterization: Build advanced methodologies for power modeling, measurement, and feature characterization. Correlate silicon behavior with simulations, provide design feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Debug & Optimization: Lead debugging efforts for any miscorrelation between design and silicon behavior, implementing corrective actions to optimize system performance.
  • Collaborative Environment: Work in a dynamic, high-energy environment alongside diverse teams, including process and reliability engineers, ATE engineers, and sales, to bring industry-defining products to market.

What we need to see:

  • BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in silicon and product power management.
  • Deep expertise in silicon power, transistor physics, power modeling, measurement, and active power management.
  • Proven experience in system-level power optimization, including product binning, data analysis, and performance measurement.
  • Background in data center power solutions is a plus.
  • Familiarity with silicon bring-up, validation, and post-silicon frequency/power characterization.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent interpersonal skills, with experience collaborating with multi-functional and offshore teams.
  • Knowledge of CPU/GPU/SoC architecture and HW-SW co-design is beneficial.

The base salary range is 128,000 USD - 258,750 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
