We are looking for a Senior Manager, Memory Planning - Chips Supply Planning, located at our Corporate Headquarters in Santa Clara, CA. What you'll be doing:
- You will be responsible for analyzing memory supply requirements, completing memory purchases, and recommending strategies to support memory needs in alignment with the business unit
- Develop, mentor, and lead a team of high performing supply chain planners responsible for memory supply
- Build and cultivate a positive relationship with the business unit to minimize memory shortages, analyze tradeoffs, and implement critical initiatives
- Align memory needs and priorities across executive partners
- Collaborate with planning teams across the supply chain to validate and prioritize supply gap closure
- Engage the business, engineering, and operations to understand memory needs for future products
- Adapt memory planning processes, including tools and reports, to support current and future business needs

What we need to see:
- BA/BS degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
- 10+ overall years of experience in global supply chain/operations, with background in semiconductors and memory planning/manufacturing
- 5+ years of leadership experience
- Expertise in High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) planning and manufacturing
- Strong understanding of advanced planning software/ERP, preferably SAP, Anaplan, Excel, and other business software applications
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment with multifaceted and dynamic constraints
- Outstanding problem solving, analytical and sophisticated modeling skills
- Outstanding executive communication and collaboration skills

- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to balance multiple assignments concurrently

The base salary range is 176,000 USD - 276,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
