As a key member of our automotive group, you'll focus on challenges unique to the automotive industry and our automotive products. With your help, we'll be driving teams that architect solutions needed to build safe and reliable self driving vehicle systems!

What you'll be doing:

  • Work with software engineers and architects in system software, virtualization, trusted OS, graphics, compute, safety/security and multimedia to figure out the best and most efficient ways to improve testability of the system.
  • As a leader for the quality team, provide insight and technical direction to create verification plans, identify issues, drive quality processes, and to help improve our verification infrastructure for current and future applications.
  • Using strong communication skills, drive verification plans, tests and tools development across multiple organizations to support internal and external development teams.
  • Collaborate with the program, process, safety and security teams to guide the team to best practices and smooth execution.

What we need to see:

  • Master's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ overall years of industry experience.
  • 5+ years as a Senior Manager driving efficient matrixed teams for embedded systems or automotive domain. Experience with safety and cybersecurity management is preferred.
  • Experience with design and verification of software in compliance with industrial-grade quality standards (DO-178b, ISO 26262, SPICE).
  • Clear and concise communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized and driven, with the ability to work in a dynamic environment across multiple countries and time zones.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Past Automotive AI/Autonomous System Software experience
  • Previous experience in highly matrixed organizations in a leadership position
  • Experience with formal verification of software programs

The base salary range is 272,000 USD - 419,750 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
