What you'll be doing:

The Senior HR Generalist will Provide detailed HR support to NVIDIA's employees in France. Acting as the point of contact for all HR related matters in France and coordinate and action all day-to-day HR operations, including but not exclusively:

  • Act as co-contact for all HR-related issues in the country, working in tandem with the other HR representative for France.
  • Work in collaboration with Managers, regional peers and global HRBPs to deliver innovative HR solutions for the full lifecycle of employee related issues.
  • Lead the communication on all local and global HR programs and resources, in order to support the growth and development of Italian employees ensuring excellent ongoing employee experience.
  • Collaborate daily with our EMEA Recruitment team, supporting the hiring process where appropriate ensuring NVIDIA is able to attract and onboard the best talent.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and employment paperwork.
  • Providing local technical and professional knowledge to guide the creation of compliant HR policies, procedures and entitlements.
  • Preparing contractual paperwork, including addendum and termination paperwork.
  • Coordination of transfers, into and out of the relevant countries.
  • Liaising with regional finance in the preparation of payroll data.
  • Lead the administration of benefit packages, including liaising with brokers, Corp benefits, the preparation of IPR's and processing of invoices.
  • Administrative and general support for training, Health & Safety and Corporate Social Responsibility events.
  • Stretch your capabilities and demonstrate initiative by taking part in EMEA regional and worldwide HR projects

What we need to see:

  • HR experience relevant to the tasks above.
  • Excellent written and oral social skills in English and French.
  • Degree or equivalent experience qualified in a Human Resources field or Business Administration
  • 7+ years of experience in a fast-paced and hands-on role, preferably with a multi-BU, global environment.
  • A proven understanding of employment law and conditions in France with an understanding of local Payroll, Tax and Social System as well as the general employment landscape
  • A sound sense of urgency and ownership, as well as a sense of pride in the quality of work completed.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality
  • Microsoft Office skills with an affinity for IT. Prior knowledge of Workday would be helpful.
  • Good organization skills, with a logical approach to problem solving, good time management and task prioritization skills.
  • Dedicated and able to work with a minimum of supervision.
  • Willing to travel occasionally as the role demands.
