We are seeking a highly motivated Software Simulation Engineer to join our team, and to ramp the activity of simulation in the NIC Firmware team. What you will be doing:

In this exciting role, you will work closely with our experts to develop and refine simulation software for networking cards.

  • Simulation Development: design and implement simulation advanced features in a highly complex and sophisticated environment.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members, including firmware and hardware engineers, to ensure flawless integration of the simulator into larger projects and initiatives. you will learn how Hardware and Firmware are developed.
  • Lead bringup and debug of new networking cards configurations in simulation.

What we need to see:

  • BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in FW, embedded SW or simulations.
  • Extensive hands-on experience in modern C++ and object-oriented design principals.
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Deep understanding of how to build and integrate systems with various technology components.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Knowledge and understanding of networking and compute systems.
  • You're passionate about low level software.
  • Experience with HW/SW interactions.
