We are seeking a Senior Engineer to coordinate Software Integration & Delivery Management for ADAS software development, ensuring the reliability of the Continuous Integration system. In this role you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of software changes for programs related to ADAS software development.
What you'll be doing:
- Coordinate the integration of software changes and manage the build process.
- Collaborate with software development, QA, and DevOps engineers to ensure smooth integration and delivery.
- Identify and resolve integration issues, ensuring the stability and reliability of the integrated system.
- Develop and maintain integration strategy, schedules, and status.
- Establish software integration best practices and methodologies.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between development teams and other stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on integration progress, escalating issues as necessary.
What we need to see:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science/ engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software integration/release engineering or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, branching strategy and integration processes.
- Hands-on experience with Continuous integration tools chains e.g. Jenkins, Gerrit, GitLab, GitHub, etc.
- Experience in Embedded software development project is a must.
- Experience in automotive programs/projects.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams.
- Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to communicate to various level of stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think analytically in high-pressure situations.
- Keen eye for detail and dedication to excellence.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
- Experience with ADAS projects and process framework like ASPICE, ISO26262.
- Prior experience with Gerrit, JIRA, Confluence, scripting with Python, Docker
- Experience in build system e.g. CMake, Bazel.
- Proven track record of successful software integrations in complex environments.
- Proficiency in project management principles and practices.
