We are looking for a Quality Strategy & Operations leader as a key driver in advancing our effectiveness in driving systemic quality improvements. This individual will spearhead high-impact projects, act as a strategic advisor, and ensure the continuous improvement in NVIDIA quality. Your ability to synthesize complex information and lead cross-functional teams will be essential in enhancing the quality and reliability of our products and processes.

What you'll be doing:
- Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Partner to develop and refine the Quality and Reliability organization's strategic roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer requirements. Establish and maintain robust quality processes and procedures that meet or exceed industry standards and NVIDIA's product specifications.
- Lead quarterly and annual planning processes, including goal setting, resource prioritization, and performance tracking. Define key performance indicators to track and monitor product quality and establish mechanisms for continuous evaluation and improvement.
- Drive the execution of critical initiatives and implement quality control measures throughout the product development lifecycle, including improving product quality metrics, reducing failure rates, and enhancing supplier quality standards.
- Cross-functional Project Leadership:
- Lead and champion cross-functional projects aimed at improving product quality, reliability testing processes, and supplier management programs.
- Cultivate strong working relationships with engineering, operations, field teams, etc. and establish effective communication channels to drive timely and effective resolutions.
- Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure quality and reliability standards are integrated into product design and production processes.
- Support teams to quickly assimilate technical details in crisis situations to understand the critical elements of the issue, comprehend the significance of results from various technical activities, provide direction to the working team and guide responses to customers.
- Serve as the driver in improving customer satisfaction related to product quality, including root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
- Drive problem prevention/detection and support teams working on customer facing issues.
- Lead special projects such as the implementation of new quality management systems or the rollout of global quality programs.
- Data and Analytics Management:
- Drive data requirements including collection, analysis, and reporting of quality and reliability data, ensuring accuracy and relevance for decision-making.
- Establish and manage KPIs and dashboards to monitor NVIDIA's quality performance, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to advise strategy and operational improvements.
- Develop and maintain sophisticated analytical models to predict potential quality issues and proactively mitigate risks.
What we need to see:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- 10+ overall years of experience in a strategic or operational role within a quality or reliability-focused environment, preferably in the computer industry (semiconductor and/or datacenter systems).
- 5+ years of demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills with experience in building a strong team, leading large, complex projects and getting results through influence and collaboration across multi-functional teams.
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking capabilities, with a proven track record of driving industry level quality standards and end-to-end analytics, including forecasting, planning, telemetry, data integrity, traceability, and visualization.
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in presenting complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Expertise in project management, with extensive experience in leading projects from conception through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- In-depth understanding of quality assurance, reliability engineering, and related methodologies, with demonstrated ability to apply this knowledge in a practical, business-focused way.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong commitment to ethical standards and maintaining integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in all dealings.

The base salary range is 272,000 USD - 414,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
